Ciambella soffice alle nocciole
Durante la Giordano Social Dinner noi blogger ospiti abbiamo ricevuto una selezione di eccellenze piemontesi. I tessuti bellissimi di The Colour soup e poi una meravigliosa pasta di nocciola in versione pura o zuccherata di Cascina Langa.
Due preziosi vasetti, di quelli che tieni in pole position in dispensa e continui a guardare come se il solo fatto di averli davanti agli occhi possa ispirarti.
Due vasetti che non possono proprio essere sprecati e così, dopo un paio di mesi di sguardi languidi dalla mensola della dispensa ho iniziato a utilizzarla in cucina. Pesti, risotti e il mio lui ha preparato anche una deliziosa salsa di accompagnamento per il pesce.

La pasta di nocciole è buonissima e versatile, si può utilizzare nelle ricette più diverse e anche più creative, ma sta di fatto che desiderassi qualcosa di semplice.
Una torta, volevo semplicemente farci una torta, un dolce semplice che non fosse però la solita crema pasticciera o bavarese alla nocciola.
Cercando in rete sono capitata sulla ricetta di Martina, fonte sempre sicurissima, e non ho avuto dubbi su quale fosse la ricetta da provare: la sua ciambella sofficissima alla nocciola.
Rispetto alla sua versione trovate solo un piccolo cambiamento: non avevo panna in casa così ho sostituito con latte e burro.
Il risultato è una ciambella soffice soffice e profumata, con un sapore di nocciola delicato che la rende perfetta anche per un thè con le amiche.
English Version – Soft hazelnut bundt cake
Ingredients pan of for 18 cm:
120 ml of milk
45 g of butter
165 g flour 00
165 g of sugar
2 eggs
40 g of hazelnut paste
10 g of baking powder
a pinch of salt
a spoonful of water, if necessary
Direction:
Add the milk and butter in a saucepan and heat up to melt the latter. Turn off and add the hazelnut paste, then mix together until have a uniform cream.
Divide the yolks from the whites. Add sugar to the yolks and mount everything. If you can not mix together add a tablespoon of water. Then add the flour and baking powder and stir.
Then add the milk mixture and nuts, a pinch of salt and mix well together.
Whip the egg whites until stiff and add to the other ingredients, stirring gently with a spatula with a movement from the bottom up.
Grease and flour a baking dish and fill with the mixture.
Cook at 160 °C for 40 minutes. Check the dough with a toothpick and if ready, turn off the oven and let cool on a grill.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
